Unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement between you and Verbling that was signed by an authorized representative of Verbling, if you submit, transmit, display, perform, post or store Content using the Verbling Services, you grant Verbling and its sublicensees, to the furthest extent and for the maximum duration permitted by applicable law (including in perpetuity if permitted under applicable law), an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, fully sub-licensable, non-exclusive, and royalty-free right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Verbling Services (and derivative works thereof), and including without limitation any recorded lesson videos created by Verbling or any of Verbling's users) in any form, format, media or media channels now known or later developed or discovered.
