First off, if you are a teacher, please not that it is not possible to start lessons from the mobile app. Please start your lessons from a laptop or desktop computer.
If you are a student, before the lesson starts, please make sure you prepared your device:
- All other apps apart from Verbling must be closed and not running on the background
- Mobile device must have at least 1Gb of free memory space
- Device must have a full charge or to be connected to the charger.
- Internet speed should be at least 10mbps, you can check it before the lesson here: speedtest.net.
If you prepared your device and you still are experiencing technical difficulties during the lesson, please close the app completely, uninstall it from your device, then reinstall it.
If that doesn’t help, try connecting to wifi instead of data (or vice versa).
If the problem persists, please join the lesson from a different device, and send a detailed message to support@verbling.com with the steps for how to reproduce the problem and any relevant screenshots, device, and operating system information.
