Lessons are available to schedule for up to 6 months after the purchase date. The lesson can be scheduled for a date past the lesson's expiration date.
For example, you purchase five private lessons on July 4, 2020. You must schedule your five lessons before January 4, 2021. You can take any of those lessons after January 4, 2021, so long as they were scheduled before January 4, 2021.
Look for the "Expires" date of your lesson listed on the "Details" tab of your lesson page to know how long you have to schedule your lesson.
IMPORTANT: There's no option to extend the expiration date. However, once lessons expire, you can request to reactivate them. For this, please reach out to support@verbling.com.
Alternatively, before lessons expire, you can cancel the lessons to receive an automatic refund in Verbling credits that you can later use to buy lessons from the same or a different teacher. Credits will be available for 6 months.
Please note: Reactivated lessons are active for 90 days. After 90 days, our system will expire unscheduled lessons without the possibility to reactivate them again, so please schedule them promptly!
We are not able to reactivate expired lessons after 1 year from their purchase date.
