First off, if you are a teacher, please not that it is not possible to start lessons from the mobile app. Please start your lessons from a laptop or desktop computer.
If you are a student and you are experiencing technical difficulties, please close the app completely, uninstall it from your device, then reinstall it.
If that doesn’t help, try connecting to wifi instead of data (or vice versa).
If the problem persists, please join the lesson from a different device, and send a detailed message to [email protected] with the steps for how to reproduce the problem and any relevant screenshots, device, and operating system information.
